  • Most training plans that other PT’s and Online Coaches offer are based on outdated and frankly uneducated training principles. This approach simply does not, and will not work for 99% of people…

    Instead, all training programs we offer are formulated using the latest evidence-based principles that guarantee your progress in the gym.

  • You will be in the gym 3-5 days per week, depending on which program you decide to run.

  • Each workout should take you around 60-80 minutes, including the warm-up. If you adhere to the rest periods and warm-up protocols provided, your workouts really shouldn’t take longer than 65-75 mins.

  • Yes! While I wrote these programs with intermediate-advanced trainees in mind, they will be effective across a broad range of training ages. It’s never to early to begin training intelligently… The only limitations are those that you set on yourself.

  • Yes! Our programs are designed to support multiple sounds. At the end of your 8-week program, simply re-purchase the program within 7 days to continue reaping the benefits of intelligent training.

    If you decide not to re-purchase (or change to a different program), you will have 7-days before your training app access (including your exercise logbook/history and the program itself) is revoked.
